These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rederr.com and the mobile and web applications developed and published by Reder LLC ("Reder", "we", "us", or "our"), collectively the "Services". By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Reder LLC is a company registered in Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach us at info@rederr.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your account
Some of our Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@rederr.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Services;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Services or their underlying technology except as allowed by law;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm the Services or other users;
- Use the Services to send unsolicited messages or to scrape data without permission;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Services ("Your Content"). You grant Reder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and modify Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models without your consent.
6. Our content and intellectual property
The Services, including their design, code, text, graphics, and other materials (excluding Your Content), are owned by Reder or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Some Services offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. When you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is governed by that store's terms, including its billing, renewal, and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the settings of the relevant store.
Where we sell directly (outside the app stores), prices, taxes, and payment terms will be shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
8. Free trials and beta features
We may offer free trials or label features as "beta" or "experimental". These are provided as-is, may change or be removed at any time, and may be subject to additional terms.
9. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, their content, or their practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and governed by that third party's terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. On termination, the rights and licenses granted to you end, but the following sections survive: 5 (Your content — license already granted for previously submitted content), 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reder and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reder and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in another forum.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate (such as in-app or by email). Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Apple App Store additional terms
If you obtained an app through the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Reder, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance and support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
17. Google Play additional terms
If you obtained an app through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.
