How do I get help with one of your apps?
Send an email to info@rederr.com with the app name, the device you're using (e.g. iPhone 15 / iOS 17, or Android version), and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help a lot.
How long until I get a response?
We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day, Monday–Friday.
How do I request a refund?
App Store and Google Play handle refunds directly. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: pay.google.com → Order history. If something isn't working as advertised, email us and we'll help.
How do I delete my account or data?
If our app has accounts, you can request deletion in the app's settings, or email info@rederr.com from the address tied to the account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I want to report a bug or suggest a feature.
We read every email. Send it to info@rederr.com — bug reports with reproduction steps and screenshots are especially helpful.
